The Bixby Pet Policy and Breed Restrictions
As a truly Pet-Friendly Apartments community, The Bixby welcomes up to two pets per household. Our four landscaped courtyards provide ample outdoor space for exercise and play. To ensure a safe and harmonious environment for all residents, certain breed restrictions apply. These include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, and Great Dane, among others. A one-time pet fee of approximately $500 and a monthly pet rent of around $120 are required. We also note that rodents are welcome in some cases.
